The first experience that I have included is called 1996 Sedona Vortex Experience and it describes the main event that set me on this healing path. It describes an encounter with an energy in Sedona that I attribute to changing my level of vibration and making it possible for me to perform the healing work that I do. This is the longest story included in these writings.

he next story included is about an event from the summer of 1997.  I had a past life regression that had the potential to clue me into the fact that I was on a healing adventure, but I still had no inkling. This regression took me to  The Crystal Palace.

Then in early 1998 I attended a workshop led by a woman I had met in December of 1997. During this six week workshop I finally realized that the Sedona Adventure might be about doing healing. Read about my workshop experiences in 1998 Workshop.

By 2001 I had been practicing a lot of energy work on my friends and family for some time when I decided to become a Reiki Master. I thought that that would make it so much easier to explain to people. So when a flyer was sent to me that told of a woman coming to town who was teaching all three Reiki levels in one weekend I was in. All I had to do was show up, pay my money, and by the end of the weekend I would be a Reiki Master. Easy, and most likely, meaningless. Such a skeptic I can be! So this is about becoming a Reiki Master or, in other words, how everything changed and I became "Raku".
